We accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing your order, during business hours.
After this time, orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled. Once delivered, you may follow our Returns Policy if eligible.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend your order.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery times start from dispatch:
UK & EU: 3–7 business days
United States: 4–9 business days
Canada: 6–11 business days
Rest of the world: 6–11 business days

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

A parcel is considered lost if it has been in transit for:
15 business days for UK, EU, and US orders
21 business days for international orders

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached.

Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.
