Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with K for Kaia. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Order processing
Standard Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
United Kingdom & European Union
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
United States
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
Canada
- Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days
Rest of the world
- Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
These are estimated delivery times only and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Delayed or lost orders
A parcel is considered lost if it has been in transit for:
- 21 business days for UK, EU, and US orders
- 30 business days for international orders
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although most orders arrive much sooner, we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until the above timeframes have elapsed.
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@kforkaia.com and we will assist you.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You will be responsible for all delivery costs to reship the order
- We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect address details
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of placing an order, during business hours.
After this time, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns Policy once delivered.
Orders that are not collected from a local pickup point:
- May be reshipped for an additional shipping fee
- If a refund is requested, return and handling fees will be deducted from the refund
Holiday and peak period delays
During November and December, shipping times may be longer due to increased demand and carrier congestion.
During the Easter holiday, estimated delivery times may be extended due to production and carrier closures.
While we successfully deliver the majority of orders on time when placed before cut-off, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or supply chain issues may occur.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and that delays may happen. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery, especially during busy periods.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
K for Kaia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
If you have not received tracking information within a few days of ordering, please contact us.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- Any visible damage
Please do not dispose of the packaging until the issue has been resolved.
