Sustainability
We are a young brand, and this page is written honestly. No badges we have not earned, no claims we cannot stand behind. Here is what we do today, and what we are still working on.
Small drops, not big piles
We release two or three new styles each Monday, made in small, considered quantities. We would rather sell out of a dress than send boxes of them to landfill. Overproduction is fashion's biggest problem, and the simplest way not to add to it is to make less, more thoughtfully.
Made to be worn again
A K for Kaia dress is designed to outlast the occasion it was bought for. Timeless silhouettes rather than passing trends, fabrics chosen to survive real celebrations, and finishes made to be handed down. The most sustainable dress is the one that gets worn again and again, by her, and then by someone smaller.
Cared for, they last
A little care doubles the life of a dress. Wash cold and gentle, skip the tumble dryer, and let tulle hang to find its shape again. Store her favourites on a hanger, and they will be ready for the next celebration, or the next little girl.
What we are working toward
Better fabric choices, smarter packaging, and more transparency about where and how our dresses are made. As we grow, this page will grow with us. When we make a promise here, it will be one we can prove.
