Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from K for KAIA. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, while keeping the process fair and simple for everyone.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@kforkaia.com. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging or suitable protective packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide return labels
  • Returns and exchanges are made at your own risk

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If an item is returned to us damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may issue a partial refund only.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos showing:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

Please do not dispose of the packaging until the issue has been resolved.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or bank
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@kforkaia.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacement items are sent free of charge.

Uncollected or refused deliveries

If a parcel is:

  • Not collected from a pickup location
  • Refused on delivery

Any return shipping or handling fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
